AI stethoscope can detect heart conditions in seconds, research finds

An AI-enabled stethoscope can help GPs identify three serious heart conditions in just 15 seconds, according to the results of a large UK trial.

The technology, about the size of a playing card, can detect early signs of heart failure, atrial fibrillation and heart valve disease during routine examinations, replacing the traditional stethoscope.
