All suspected endometriosis patients should be offered ultrasound - NICE

"GPs should offer transvaginal ultrasound to all women or people with suspected endometriosis, even if pelvic or abdominal examination is normal", according to new draft recommendations.

The recommendation is an update to the guideline NG732017 (September 2017) and is now under consultation.
