Apology made as over 200 doctors told they received the wrong exam result

The Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK has apologised as it revealed over 200 doctors received the wrong result for an MRCP(UK) exam taken almost 18 months ago.

In a statement, the federation said that out of 1,451 candidates in the MRCP(UK) Part 2 Written Examination on 6 September 2023 (Diet 2023/3), 283 were given the wrong result.
