Autumn Statement: No emergency cash injection for NHS

The Chancellor has delivered his Autumn Statement which did not include any new emergency funding for the NHS.

Ahead of the statement, health experts had been calling on the government to provide extra investment to fill a £1.7 billion financial black hole.
