Burnout, rota gaps and good teaching: Doctors share their training experience in GMC survey

The General Medical Council has published its annual national training survey, which was completed by more than 50,000 resident doctors and 21,000 trainers.

This provides an insight into the experience of doctors in training from rota gaps, to teaching quality and unacceptable behaviour.
