Cell mapping clues into pregnancy disorders

New insights into pregnancy disorders have been revealed for the first time through cell mapping in the Human Cell Atlas initiative.

A team from the Wellcome Sanger Institute, the University of Cambridge, The Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research (FMI), Switzerland, EMBL’s European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), and collaborators, say they hope the new findings will help researchers to improve laboratory models investigating pregnancy disorders.
