Climate protest doctor loses High Court appeal

The climate activist Dr Sarah Benn has lost her appeal at the High Court against her suspension from the medical register.

An independent Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service hearing last year concluded that Dr Benn’s actions, by repeatedly breaching a court injunction during climate change protests, amounted to misconduct and her fitness to practise was impaired.
