Climate protest doctor to appeal tribunal ruling at the High Court

The climate activist Dr Sarah Benn is appealing against a 5-month suspension of her GMC registration.

An independent Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service hearing earlier this year considered that Dr Benn’s actions, by repeatedly breaching a court injunction during climate change protests, amounted to misconduct.
