The Royal College of Physicians has been criticised for how it presented a membership survey on physician associates, with one doctor claiming it was a “spectacularly biased” representation.
An analysis, presented at the College’s extraordinary general meeting on the future of PAs on Wednesday, included some of the survey results, and ‘positive’ scores were combined with ‘neutral’, making direct comparisons with ‘negative’ answers impossible, according to doctors who watched the meeting.
