Commissioners finally able to fully fund GP premises updates

The government has changed GP Premises Cost Directions (PCDs), meaning commissioners can now fund 100% of premises upgrades, following years of lobbying from the British Medical Association (BMA).

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has updated the PCDs, the rules that regulate how GP premises are funded.
