A Northern Ireland GP who spread misleading information about Covid-19 and repeatedly breached pandemic regulations has evaded being struck off and instead been handed her fourth suspension from practice.

Dr Mary McCloskey has been suspended for 12-months by the Medical Practitioners Tribunal for her conduct and for failing to notify the GMC in a timely manner of her criminal convictions.
