Drinking moderate amounts of tea and coffee may reduce the risk of dementia, according to one of the longest-running studies on diet and brain health.
A 43-year investigation tracking more than 130,000 US healthcare workers has found that those consuming caffeinated versions of these beverages showed lower rates of the disease and better cognitive performance compared to non-drinkers.
