Doctor charged with multiple sex offences against patients

A doctor has been charged in connection with alleged sexual assaults carried out against 38 victims who were patients in his care.

Nathaniel Spencer, 38, of Quinton in Birmingham, is facing 45 charges of sexual assault, some of them against children younger than 13, between 2017 and 2021.
