Doctor shouted at ‘at least 16 times’ by tribunal judge allowed new hearing

A GP who was shouted at by a tribunal judge has won the right to a new employment tribunal hearing.

Dr Hinaa Toheed, who brought a case for alleged maternity discrimination against her employer in 2022, was left feeling "bullied" by the judge's interruptions, the BBC reported.
