Doctor struck off after keeping medical records at home

A doctor who kept patient files, including termination of pregnancy forms and alcohol records, at home in an unlocked cupboard has been struck off.

Dr Maryam Mohamed Al Qureshi, known as Dr Victoria Pickles before she changed her name, left medical records relating to around 300 patients at her rented property, a medical tribunal heard.
