A medical director has been “unlawfully excluded” from his role in a trust for more than a year after raising concerns about alleged bullying, the British Medical Association has said.

Dr Timothy Noble, executive medical director of Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (DBTH), has been excluded since early September 2024, according to Shazia Karim, the BMA's head of region for Yorkshire and Northeast.
