A resident doctor who posted "offensive" remarks online about Jews has been allowed to continue practising after a disciplinary panel ruled his comments were not intentionally antisemitic.
Dr Martin Whyte, a paediatrician and deputy chairman of the BMA's junior doctors’ committee, joked about gassing Jews and wrote that he found videos about the Holocaust being a sham to be “pretty convincing", according to according to minutes of the GMC's investigations committee.
