Doctors' group denied permission to appeal in PA regulation legal challenge

A doctors' group has been refused permission to appeal in its legal challenge against the GMC over its approach to regulating physician assistants.

Anaesthetists United (AU) said it can’t afford to take the case to the Court of Appeal, which would be the next legal step in its challenge.
