Doctors' group seek appeal after losing PA regulation legal challenge

A doctors’ group has applied for permission to appeal after losing a legal challenge against the General Medical Council over its approach to regulating physician and anaesthesia associates.

The judicial review brought by Anaesthetists United (AU) and the parents of Emily Chesterton against the medical regulator was dismissed on all grounds by the High Court earlier this month.
