Doctors in England accept pay offer

Doctors in training in England have voted to accept a pay offer from the government, ending their long-running dispute.

A ballot by the British Medical Association between 19 August and 15 September saw 45,830 trainee doctors in England cast their vote. The turnout was 69% with 66% voting in favour and 34% against.
