Dr Rachel Clarke accuses Streeting of repeating Hunt's 'divide and rule' tactics against striking doctors

A prominent doctor has written an open letter to the health secretary accusing him of using the same divisive and smear-campaign tactics as Jeremy Hunt during the 2016 doctors' strike.

Dr Rachel Clarke has compared Labour politician Wes Streeting’s attempts to “divide and rule” British Medical Association leaders from the union’s members to the methods employed by his Conservative predecessor.
