Expanding use of breast cancer tumour profiling tests recommended - NICE

More patients with early breast cancer could be spared chemotherapy after tumour profiling tests were recommended for use on the NHS in England and Wales.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence has backed the wider use of three tumour profiling tests; EndoPredict, Prosigna, and Oncotype DX.
