FY1 doctors back strike action over job shortages dispute

Newly-qualified doctors in England have voted in favour of strike action over concerns about job shortages.

A ballot of foundation year 1 doctors saw 97% (3,950) voting for strikes over unemployment and training place shortages on a turnout of 65%, the British Medical Association (BMA) said.
