£55m boost for new imaging hubs to speed up cancer diagnosis

A £55 million investment is being channelled into new imaging hubs, designed to speed up cancer diagnosis and give researchers sharper tools to understand disease.

The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) has welcomed the news which is part of a £150 million pot to develop three new research programmes in the UK.
