Global sum payment is £130.07, NHS England says

The global sum for GP practices – the amount they receive from the NHS per patient per year – has increased by 5.4% for 2026-27 to £130.07, NHS England has said. 

The figure published in the GMS statement of financial entitlements directions has gone up from last year’s payment of £123.34.
