GMC regulation of PAs raises 'concerns about patient safety', High Court told

The General Medical Council’s regulation of physician and anaesthesia associates raises “concerns about patient safety” and “public trust in regulation of the medical profession”, the High Court has heard.

Campaign group Anaesthetists United (AU) and the bereaved parents of Emily Chesterton (pictured above) have brought a judicial review against the GMC over how it regulates the roles.
