A GP partner has said he is not complying with the new online consultation rules because he is “not jeopardising patient safety”.

Dr Dave Triska, a GP partner at Witley and Milford Medical Partnership in Surrey, said there is a short pause over lunch and then the system is turned off at 4pm.
