GPs must decide whether they supervise a physician associate, says RCGP

Additional 'red lines' on physician associates have been announced by the Royal College of General Practitioners, as its council votes against the General Medical Council regulating PAs.

Following talks at its UK governing council meeting on Friday, the College confirmed its existing 'red lines' on PAs and voted to add two more.
