Home hospital care feasible for rural patients at no greater cost, study finds

Providing hospital-level care in rural homes provides no greater cost and there are benefits for patients, a study has found.

The research, published in JAMA Network Open, measured 161 adults with a range of conditions across three rural sites between 2022 and 2023.
