Indicative ballot for Northern Ireland consultants over pay

An indicative ballot is set to be launched for consultants in Northern Ireland to gauge their views on industrial action over pay, the British Medical Association has said.

The BMA Northern Ireland consultants committee (NICC) has re-entered a dispute with the devolved government’s Department of Health (DoH) and NHS employers.
