Kinnock accuses BMA of 'phoney war' over online GP consultation rollout

Health minister Stephen Kinnock called GPs in the British Medical Association “refuseniks” for their reaction to online consultations.

He also has described the union’s dispute with the government over the matter as a “phoney war” and accused the BMA of “whipping up the issue”.
