Locum doctor suspended after forging consultant signature

A locum doctor has been suspended for three months for forging a consultant’s signature on a reference form.

Dr Shahmeen Rasul was working at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast when she dishonestly completed an agency document in the name of a consultant cardiologist.
