Long-term social care reform plans expected by 2028

Long-term recommendations for the transformation of adult social care in England may not be published until 2028, the government has confirmed.

It has prompted campaigners to ask “how many more reports before action is taken?” and criticism that it is “far too long to wait” for those need social care.
