Male GPs reduce hours at greater rate than females – study

Male GPs are significantly cutting back their hours amid increasing workload pressures, a study has found.

Researchers from the University of Manchester found that GPs were caring for 9% more patients, and 32% more patients with chronic conditions, in 2022 than they did in 2015.
