More than half of GPs lack complete pension records, BMA warns

More than half of GPs whose pension records should be up to date are still missing vital information, which could prevent them taking on extra work, the British Medical Association has said.

A freedom of information request from the union to the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) uncovered that 18,108 GPs in England are missing pension records.
