NHS on alert over unstable concrete

A new alert has been raised in the NHS about the threat of aerated concrete to buildings following the sudden closure of schools.

It could lead to facilities being closed amid growing concern about the instability of the substance, reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC).
