‘No lack of ambition’, says NHS England CEO as she rejects critical report

MPs have been critical of NHS leaders, after they rejected a damning report into the management of the health service’s finances.

NHS England chief executive Amanda Pritchard faced MPs on the Health and Social Care Committee (HSCC) on Wednesday, just as the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) published its critical report on NHS financial sustainability.
