One in 10 people have non-coeliac gluten sensitivity, suggests major global study

Just over 10% of the world’s population report gastrointestinal and other symptoms after eating foods containing gluten or wheat, despite not having a diagnosis of either coeliac disease or wheat allergy.

That’s according to the first comprehensive global analysis, which included data from 49,476 participants across 16 countries.
