One in five trainee doctors hesitant to raise concerns: GMC seeks views on guidance overhaul

The GMC has launched a consultation on revised guidance for raising patient safety concerns, after findings that many resident doctors are hesitant to escalate issues to senior clinicians.

The medical regulator announced the review of its Raising and Acting on Concerns about Patient Safety framework for doctors, physician associates and anaesthesia associates.
