RCP calls for greater investment in end-of-life care in Wales

The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) has called for greater investment in end-of-life care in Wales in its response to the draft palliative care framework.

The college said the framework, which sets out competencies for all health professionals supporting patients in the last phase of life, is welcome but warned its ambitions cannot be achieved without more resources and workforce development.
