Scientists pinpoint optimal exercise level to reduce digestive cancer risk in 30-year study

Consistent, moderate exercise over the long term may significantly reduce the risk of digestive system cancers, with much higher levels of activity not appearing to offer additional benefit.

That’s according to a large US cohort study with a follow-up across three decades from the Harvard School of Public Health, in Boston.
