Senior doctors to vote on strike action, BMA announces

Consultants and specialty and associate specialist (SAS) doctors are to vote on whether they would be willing to take strike action, the BMA has announced.

The eight-week ballot has been launched in response to a dispute over pay, doctor retention and protected time for service improvement.
