“Crack teams of top clinicians” will help “take the best of the NHS to the rest of the NHS”, the health secretary has told the Labour Party conference.

Addressing delegates in Liverpool on Wednesday morning, Wes Streeting announced further details of his plan to tackle the backlog of patients waiting for treatment.
