Trainee doctor caught working in private clinic while on NHS sick leave

A doctor in training is facing a six month suspension after working on his private cosmetic practice during periods of sick leave from his NHS work.

Dr Daniel Coventry treated his private patients on Saturdays and argued that he was not rostered for his NHS clinical duties on those days.
