Tributes paid to former BMA co-chair after sudden death

The British Medical Association has led tributes to a former chair of its Northern Resident Doctors Committee, following his sudden death.

Dr Sulaymaan Al Majid co-chaired the BMA’s Northern RDC, which represents resident doctors in North-east England and Cumbria, in 2024. He had previously been honorary secretary.
