A well-respected rheumatology consultant has been described as “a hugely talented medic” following his sudden death on Friday.

Dr Deepak Jadon had been director of the Rheumatology Research Unit at Cambridge University Hospitals since 2016, and was a director of studies in medicine at Emmanuel College, Cambridge.
