Trust apologises over data breaches involving 22,000 patients

A hospital trust has apologised "unreservedly" after personal information of more than 22,000 patients was released in two data breaches.

The errors occurred in 2020 and 2021 and involved maternity and cancer patients at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
