Resident doctors in Wales will vote on a new contract package next month that promises pay increases, improved working conditions and stronger training protections.

The British Medical Association (BMA) has announced that formal approval has been secured for the reformed contract, which will be put to members in an online referendum running from 24 November to 15 December.
