A new guide on how doctors can raise patient safety concerns while minimising risk to their career, warns of the "tactics used by bad employers" to silence whistleblowers.

The Hospital Consultants and Specialists Association (HCSA) has produced the guide to “forewarn and forearm” doctors on what should and should not happen when raising a concern.
