Women with long Covid suffer longer, heavier periods, study suggests

Women suffering from long Covid experience longer, heavier periods compared to those who were never infected with the virus, a new study suggests.

Scientists also found that the severity of long Covid symptoms fluctuates at different points in the menstrual cycle and becomes more severe around the time of each period.
